Elder William T. Howard (Brother Bill) was encouraged by Mr. Jay Butler who was the PD for WQBH, after he had listened to some karaoke material put on a CD. All of our music reflects Brother Howard’s spiritual and social ministry over the years. There are many that say he has a Sam Cooke type of voice.
There are many that say the Howards are a multi-genre talented family unlike any other. Kenya Howard Bell (Ms Michigan USA 2001) is a mother, vocalist extraordinary, been on a number of TV shows, on the Tyler Perry’s Movie set, well known by such celebrities as Mike Epps, Fred Hammonds, Gary Owens, Allen Iverson, Venus and Serena Williams and finally she is the former wife of NBA player Mr. Charlie Bell. She is currently filming in a major TV series known as Basket Ball Wives. She will be releasing her own CD in 2012 in addition to the Gospel CD done by father and daughter. Will Jr. has performed with Trick-Trick and many others. He is a hip hop, R&B type of vocalist and song writer. Like his sister he is well known by Mike Epps and many others. Krystal Howard is a vocalist, poet writer, and Licensed Practical Nurse.
We see music as a tool to gather resources and people to make our world a better place to live. A multi-genre approach is used to get the attention of those from all walks of life. Our first CD entitled "Elder Howard and Family” made it to no. 7 on WXOK in Baton Rouge, 17 on KOKY in Little Rock, no. 12 in Wilmington Delaware, placed in rotation on WGPR (Detroit) and a few other stations in the South.
